Summer Yes I have had two properties that I sold come back to me. One the owner just disappeared and one was a regular forclosure. In each case I allowed my lawyer to handle the case and fixed them up and resold them again. Again I carried the mortgage and have since sold both of the mortgages. I made more by selling them twice as both were more than 5 years into the sale when I got them back. So you can do well like that. I did once know a very shady guy who would only sell to people he knew could not afford the properties in the long run with the anticipation of reselling the properties over and over again. There is plenty of money in this game without that kind of thing. Karma will bite back. If you need more info let me know. Take care John
